Do you take custom orders? Whenever possible, yes! Please feel free to send me an email so we can talk about your idea.

Tell me about your shipping methods I ship using USPS Priority and USPS International standard. Ready to Ship items are mailed within 3 business days of purchase. Priority mail includes tracking and $50 insurance.  I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, please be sure your address is correct when ordering. If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling please send me an email prior to placing your order. 

My order arrived damaged! If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the item within 3 days of it's arrival and I will exchange it with a similar item of equal value.

Do you have a return policy? There are no returns on any custom items. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each item is unique with individual differences in color and size. My ceramics are hand built, never symmetrical, and meant to be a little raw. Slight variations from the online image are to be expected. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 3 days of it's arrival to discuss the issue.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe? All of my tableware is dishwasher safe and lead free, however I do recommend handwashing.
